i am slowly coming around to the idea that i don't have to go to school to learn what i want to know, so i don't have to freakin' set myself research topic questions comparing constitutional rights and legislative inteference from the mothership between hk/PRC and scotland/UK. i could, but i am a well-meaning nerd. and illdisciplined. so we'll see if i can get away with writing about enforcement of judgments between hk and china. i know the arbitration part (it's a part of this other monstrous paper i'm writing now) and philip smart is going to teach me the contractual/tortious part tomorrow. which means a successful topic change will effectively also prepare me for the conflicts exam. very nice evelyn. if you'd just taken your mind off trying NOT to get started on those four scottish texts sharing your bed earlier, you would have come to this stressfree solution AND saved yourself four ugly zits.

so we see what the prof says. PLEASE let me change research focus pleaseeeeee. sigh. bite, chew. bite. chew. WHEN WILL I EVER LEARN.

argh. COP OUT, out.
