lots of mail didn't come in this week, so the hopeless wait continues!on that note, though, happiness comes in packages of all sizes.
-big or bigger - maybe japan/korea in a fortnight
-small - finally adding Alpen to the cart, although it is exorbitantly priced around here, and learning to compromise by not getting soymilk to go along. oh well. breaking fast shouldn't be expensive, not when there isn't much of a fast, seeing how there just doesn't seem to be time to sleep.
-quite big - sister coming down soon!
-even bigger - conclusion of a struggle we'd grown so used to that i didn't even realise when it was over. it is! so i went shopping.
-medium - a quiet, quiet weekend, hopefully i'll get down to good work after this.

Patience and belief, in other words and not just for the UN, too. I like the last line in particular, good with to keep the end in sight if ever the going would get tougher.

HAHA. it so happens i had the alpen/soymilk combo today -
and it really wasn't too tasty.
maybe alpen goes better with proper milk?
it's very strange cos i adore soymilk generally, and it's complemented all other muesli/granola/cold cereal i've had!
maybe it's just the brand. i don't like soydream, which unfortunately is all that is conveniently available. sigh. hahah. alpen rocks my holey socks.
